Vehicle upfitters that excel in customer service

Precision Installations, Inc. was founded in 1996 by U.S. Navy veteran Will Yates, who started the company selling and installing car audio equipment. Will worked at Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, Wis., as a senior electrician for five years and then as a manager for another five years. Combining his 10 years’ experience as a radio operations supervisor in the Navy and skills obtained at Pierce, Will moved away from car audio and headed into public radio sales and installations.
